Santa Maria beach is on the northwestern end of Paros, in the large bay of a picturesque cape.
It’s considered one of the best beaches of Paros, and it’s only 7 kilometres from Naoussa.
The main beach is reminiscent of an exotic location: it’s long in length, and consists of fine sand that looks like powder with a golden color. The crystal clear waters reflect the rays of the sun, which make them look like diamond reflections.
To the south of the main beach there are sand dunes that hide surprises of rare beauty. For moments of relaxation you’ll find small sandy beaches that are just a few meters long but have an amazing view of Naxos Island.
The beach has several bars that serve everything from coffee and drinks to light meals, while on several scheduled dates parties are organized from noon to late at night with well-known DJs.
How to get to Santa Maria Beach
It is connected to Parikia and Naoussa by regular bus services.
You can also reach the beach by one of the traditional boats, which depart from Naoussa.
If you want to visit the beach by your own means, access to it is quite easy and there is free parking right next to it
